Cancellation Policy
💖 Booking Policies
✨ Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure all full set appointments, and a 50% deposit is required for all fill appointments. Deposits are applied toward your total at checkout. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if canceled within 48 hours .
✨ Cancellations & Reschedules
A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
✨ No-Shows
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
✨ Grace Period
Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided; after that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.
✨ Fills
Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full, seamless look. After 3 weeks, or if less than 40% of extensions remain, a new full set will be required.
✨ Foreign Fills
Fills from other artists are accepted by approval only. A consultation may be required to assess lash health and compatibility before booking.
✨ Payments
The remaining balance is due at the time of service. All major cards and contactless payments are accepted through GlossGenius.
✨ Aftercare
To extend the life of your lashes, avoid water, steam, and oil-based products for the first 24 hours. Clean and brush your lashes daily to maintain a fresh, full look.
🩷 Aftercare Kits are available for purchase for $15, which include everything you need to properly care for and maintain your lash extensions at home.
